Mobile Wash USA Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mobile Wash USA mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by J Cosby Enterprise, LLC d/b/a Mobile Wash USA ("Mobile Wash USA," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Company Information

Mobile Wash USA is a service marketplace operated by J Cosby Enterprise, LLC d/b/a Mobile Wash USA. The Platform connects customers seeking services with independent vendors.

Eligibility

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Services Provided

Mobile Wash USA is a technology platform only and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee vendor services.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Mobile Wash USA.

User Accounts

Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under their account.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job details.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Verify completion only after satisfactory service.
• Pay all applicable fees.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain required licenses and insurance.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Perform services professionally.

Payments

Payments may be held until OTP verification is completed. Mobile Wash USA reserves the right to investigate fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel before service begins. Vendors may cancel accepted jobs only for legitimate operational or safety reasons.

OTP Verification

Providing an OTP confirms satisfactory completion of the requested services.

Disputes and Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Mobile Wash USA reserves the right to investigate disputes before issuing refunds.

Ratings and Reviews

Reviews must be truthful, accurate, and based upon actual service experiences.

Property Damage Disclaimer

Property damage claims must be resolved directly between the Customer and Vendor.

No Background Check Guarantee

Mobile Wash USA does not guarantee criminal background checks, identity verification, licensing verification, or insurance verification for every user or vendor.

Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws.
• Submitting false information.
• Harassing other users.
• Circumventing Platform fees.
• Attempting unauthorized access.
• Interfering with Platform operations.
• Fraudulent activity.

SMS & Electronic Communications

By creating an account, requesting services, or providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Mobile Wash USA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alabama, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
